Keith Beekmeyer

Chief Executive Officer, and Director

Keith is a seasoned investment professional with over 40 years in the Financial Services and Insurance sector, and has held a variety of operational board positions, covering financial solutions, risk management and insurance. A true business leader with a wealth of experience in building long term relationships with clients, partners and vendors.

A focused and driven problem-solver and deal architect, seeking to deliver superior results. He has a track record of creating innovative solutions and finding ways to grow revenue and increase margins; in particular, through structured finance solutions. Keith also has experience in managing turnaround projects with significant success.

Andrew Bye

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, RISK MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS

Andrew is a seasoned Risk Officer with more than 4 decades of experience. He has extensive knowledge and skills, gained by operating in both non-regulatory and regulatory environments.

His commercial experience is drawn from a wide range of industrial, international and trade sectors, both in the UK and overseas. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in financial services including underwriting, (re)insurance – including both product development & claims, and is actively engaged supporting professionals and the institute standard bodies, as well as having a keen interest in educational and welfare efforts across the sector.

Zam Manji

Managing Director for NFG SA

Zam has over 16 years’ experience in the financial service sector – both as a private & investment banker.

He started his career in the Fixed Income division of Bear Stearns and JP Morgan in London, before moving into Private Banking with Royal Bank of Canada Suisse (and Banque SYZ following their acquisition in 2015) in Dubai and Geneva. This was followed with a move to Banque J. Safra Sarasin in Geneva.

He has built a strong and extensive network amongst asset and wealth managers, with an in-depth knowledge of the Swiss and frontier markets.

Julian Jammine

Chief Financial Officer

Julian is a big four qualified chartered accountant with over 16 years qualified experience working in financial services and start-up companies. Julian has a range of experience in the asset management and insurance industries that facilitate companies to achieve their growth ambitions.

Prior to joining Newpoint, Julian worked as a strategic CFO with start-up companies in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, working with companies and founders to execute on their strategic plans and grow their businesses.

Earlier in his career, Julian spent over a decade in the financial services sector. Julian was the head of finance business operations at Man Group plc and managed a team of individuals responsible for revenue and cost reporting as well as analytics, budgeting, and forecasting. Julian also spent over three years working for Ernst & Young in New York and Johannesburg where he specialised in financial services with clients including large banks and insurance companies.

Charlotte Green

Company secretary

Charlotte has graduated with a BA Honours degree in History and Politics after studying for three years at Queen Mary University of London.

She is a conscientious Executive Head of Support & Company Secretary with over 3 years of extensive and diverse experience in supporting senior executives, providing high level support to Board level Directors/CEO within the financial sector. Charlotte often meets with clients and interfaces with the Shareholders of the Company.

She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of NFG SA and its subsidiaries by working closely with all the executive team on various mergers and acquisitions, legal and marketing projects.

Zaida Patel

Chair Person

Zaida is a specialist lawyer with considerable experience in UK Corporate Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Bridging Finance and she also has a broad range of experience in Property Law.

Zaida is known for her ability in providing simple independent solutions to legal issues and is know to assist clients in finding the best possible outcome for their legal needs.

As a litigator Zaida has represented clients in court on as an advocate and has successfully defended and bought claims for her clients. Zaida has been regularly instructed by her clients to deal with a wide variety of problematic legal issues and to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.

Laura Jones

Non-Executive Director

Laura is a founding partner of Bramdean Asset Management LLP, and part of the Supervisory Board of NFG. With over 30 years of experience working in the Asset Management industry, Laura has spent the past 20 years working with start-up companies covering numerous operational elements ranging from HR, Compliance, Office Management, Customer Services and Fund Administration.

Previously, Laura worked at Robert Fleming, Morgan Grenfell, and Societe Generale Asset Management. At Societe Generale she played an integral part in building the business to £5 bn AUM in its first 3 years of operation.

A seasoned COO, Laura has built a reputation as a reliable, experienced and knowledgeable individual who has worked on numerous high-profile projects, with a keen eye on budgets and resources.

Laura also has experience in the healthcare sector having run a successful care business. She also has a keen interest in the education sector and has mentored numerous businesses over the years, ensuring that they are running their business efficiency to ensure continued growth.

Trevor Saliba

COO & Director

Trevor began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1995 and has enjoyed an accomplished career as an investment banker specialising in mergers and acquisitions, cross border investment transactions and structured financings to public and private clients. He has been recognised numerous times for his accomplishments as a key advisor on cross-border transactions and mergers and acquisitions; including the Los Angeles Business Journal recognising him as one of the “Most Influential Investment Bankers” in its 2018 inaugural edition.

Trevor served as Managing Director (based in Hong Kong and Los Angeles) for Platinum Capital, Ltd., a London based hedge fund manager with over $800 million in assets under management and served as a principal advisor to the Los Angeles based family office advising on both public and private investments, private equity, real estate and venture capital. He assumed C-suite roles of investment portfolio companies of a family office engaged in construction and engineering, media, technology, manufacturing, financial services, and consumer products sectors.

Trevor joined NFG in 2021 where he leads the firm’s global corporate strategy and development activities for mergers & acquisitions and non-control and control investments. He holds the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Trevor is an alumnus of Columbia Business School.

Paul Warren FIA, FCAA

Actuary

Paul graduated in Mathematical Economics and became a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries UK in 1988. In the first part of his career, Paul worked in major insurance companies as senior insurance manager and actuary for the Prudential and Sun Alliance Insurance Companies. He then worked in the European Headquarters of AIG responsible for the European financial reporting, product development and training European actuaries in technical and managerial skills in ten countries.

As a consultant since 1995, he has worked on a multitude of financial projects with primary focus on start-up or evolving insurance operations. He has also worked with brand name consultancies in the Middle East and Europe.

Paul has been actively involved in European and Captive insurance markets for over 20 years, acting primarily as actuary and business/risk consultant to several companies covering a broad range of insurance risks and markets.
