Keith Beekmeyer

Chief Executive Officer, and Director

Keith is an articulate communicator, capable of building lasting relationships with the senior management of clients, partners, vendors both domestically and internationally. A problem solver and deal architect who can create solutions with track record for finding innovative ways to grow revenue and increase margins. He has a history of success in creating structure solution in emerging markets along with initiatives in sales, marketing, and advertising structured product.

Keith has experience in the negotiation of high-level contracts. He is well versed in presentations, accustomed to addressing clients, vendors, partners, shareholders, and corporate board of directors. He has been responsible for and has managed multi-million-dollar budgets with full P&L responsibility.

Andrew Bye

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, RISK MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS

Andy is a qualified, and highly experienced risk management and risk finance professional, providing functional responsibility to FTSE 100 or equivalent entities. He has been engaged in the risk profession for 37 years, holding varied positions both in an employed and a consulting capacity. He has extensive knowledge and skills, gained by operating in both non-regulatory and regulatory environments. His commercial experience is drawn from a wide range of industrial, international and trade sector both in the UK and overseas. In addition, he has extensive experience in financial services, and is actively engaged in supporting professional and institute standard bodies.

Zam Manji

Managing Director for NFG SA

Zam has had over 15 years experience in the financial service sector – both as a private & investment banker.

He started his career in the Fixed Income division of Bear Stearns and JP Morgan in London, before shifting into Private Banking with Royal Bank of Canada Suisse (and Banque SYZ following their acquisition in 2015) in Dubai and Geneva. This was followed with a move to Banque J. Safra Sarasin in Geneva.

He has built strong relations with his clients and partners, with extensive knowledge on Swiss and Emerging markets.

Zam holds a BSc in Computing and Business from the University of Warwick.

Ovsanna Takvoryan ESQ

Chief Legal Officer

Ovsanna joined NFG in 2022 as Group General Counsel and was appointed as the Group Chief Legal Officer in 2024 where she is based in the firm’s Beverly Hills office.  In her capacity as CLO, she oversees all legal aspects of the firm’s business, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple global jurisdictions and providing counsel and legal oversight on transactions, investments, and acquisitions.

Ovsanna has over 20 years of legal and transaction experience specializing in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, international trade and finance, and risk management.

Previously, Ovsanna has been a partner at both global and boutique law firms advising clients engaged in a myriad of different industries including financial services, real estate, retail, entertainment, technology and manufacturing also serving as outside general counsel to numerous enterprises. As special restructuring counsel, Ovsanna has negotiated and documented various types of transactions and agreements including but not limited to distressed financing agreements and asset sales including correlated M&A agreements.

Ovsanna has been recognized for her achievements as a practicing attorney most notably named among the top 2.5% attorneys in the state of California as a “Super Lawyer Rising Star” by the Southern California Super Lawyers in Los Angeles Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine each year from 2007-2010.

She is an active member of multiple bar associations including the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Armenian Bar Association where she has served on multiple board memberships and advisory positions. Recognized for her contributions, she has received esteemed awards such as the AIWA-SF THRIVE Nomination, solidifying her position as a driving force in both legal excellence and community leadership.

Ovsanna holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs graduating magna cum laude from Occidental College.

Trevor M. Saliba

Chief Operating Officer

Trevor joined NFG in 2022 where he leads the firm’s global corporate strategy and development activities for mergers & acquisitions and non-control and control investments and their operational integration into the global organization.

From 2018 to 2022, he served as Managing Partner and CEO of NMS Consulting, a global management consulting and strategic advisory firm with more than 350 professionals throughout 17 global offices where he directly oversaw the firm’s global private equity, mergers and acquisition and strategy practice groups. In 2012, he founded a global investment banking firm where he also served as Chairman and CEO directly overseeing its growth to one of the Top 10 Los Angeles headquartered investment banks having personally advised on and completed more than $5 billion in transactions until its sale in 2018. He has been recognized numerous times for his accomplishments as a key advisor on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions and structured financing transactions including the Los Angeles Business Journal recognizing him as one of the “Most Influential Investment Bankers” in its 2018 inaugural edition.

Prior to this, he served as Managing Director-Asia Pacific (based in Hong Kong and Los Angeles) for Platinum Capital, Ltd., a London based hedge fund. Prior to that, he served as a principal advisor to the Los Angeles based family office advising on both public and private investments, private equity, real estate and venture capital. In this capacity, he assumed C-suite roles of investment or portfolio companies of the family office engaged in the construction and engineering, media, technology, manufacturing, financial services and consumer products sectors. He began his professional and financial services career at Morgan Stanley in 1995.

He is an alumnus of Columbia Business School. In addition, he has completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program. Current professional memberships include the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and Young Presidents Organization (YPO). In 2018 he became a Milken Institute Associate.

Julian Jammine

Chief financial officer

A commercially minded CFO and strategic finance professional. Julian is a big four qualified chartered accountant with over 14 years qualified experience working in financial services and start-up companies. Julian has a range of experience in the asset management and insurance industries that facilitate companies to achieve their growth ambitions in a responsible and sustainable manner.

Prior to joining Newpoint, Julian has been working as a strategic CFO with start-up companies in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. He has worked with companies and founders to execute on their strategic plans and growth their businesses in a responsible and sustainable manner.

Prior to this Julian spent over a decade in the financial services sector. Julian was the head of finance business operations at Man Group plc. He managed a team of individuals responsible for revenue and cost reporting as well as analytics, budgeting, and forecasting. Julian worked with the group CFO on executing the company’s $150m cost saving plan. Julian was also the group head of insurance, where he worked with external insurance brokers to fully cover the corporate entity as well as investment funds for their respective insurance requirements.

Julian also spent over three years working for Ernst & Young in New York and Johannesburg, where he specialised in financial service clients including large banks and insurance companies.

Charlotte Green

Company secretary

Charlotte has graduated with a BA Honours degree in History and Politics in 2018 from Queen Mary University of London. 

She is qualified in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice with the CGIUKI. She is a contentious Executive Head of Support and Company Secretary with over 4 years of extensive and diverse experience in supporting senior executives, providing high level support to Board level Directors / CEO within the financial sector. Charlotte often meets with clients and interfaces with the Shareholders of the Company. 

She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of NFG SA and its subsidiary entities by working closely with the executive teams on various mergers and acquisitions, legal and marketing projects.
