Our History
NFG SA’s roots stemmed from the Insurance Industry. The group’s predecessor company Newpoint Capital & Guarantee Ltd (formerly Newpoint Capital Limited) was originally founded by Keith Beekmeyer and Andrew Bye to provide commercial indemnities and guarantees to underbanked companies in need of alternative financing, recognising a gap within the industry and changing market environment in 2017.
